How does the hand preview actually work? ▾
You upload a clear photo of your hand (or use your live camera), then select nail positions and apply colours, patterns and stickers from your collection. The design is overlaid on your hand photo so you can see exactly how it will look before you paint.
Can I use this for client consultations? ▾
Yes! The Salon plan ($39/month) includes full client profile management. Add clients with their hand photos, notes, allergies and preferences. Preview designs on their photo during consultations, and keep a complete history of all their appointments and designs.
What's included in a "recipe sheet"? ▾
A recipe sheet is a printable document with the design name, nail shape, step-by-step colour list (with swatches), all stickers used, and a mini preview image. Perfect for recreating looks at a later date or leaving at your station. Watermark-free on Pro and Salon plans.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? ▾
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro or Salon subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period, then automatically drop to the Free plan.
Does it work with gel, acrylics, and press-ons too? ▾
Yes! You can add any nail product to your collection — regular polish, gel, shellac, acrylic colours, and sticker packs. The preview system works regardless of nail product type.
Is my data safe? ▾
Yes. Your data (collection, designs, client profiles) is securely stored and never shared with third parties. Hand photos are stored privately and only accessible by you. We use industry-standard encryption throughout.
I'm a nail tech — do my clients need to sign up? ▾
No. Client profiles live entirely within your account. Your clients don't need to download anything or create their own accounts — you manage everything on your end.
